I need a new belt... i have you standard leather but its all streched and shit, time for a replacement.

I was looking for something slightly elastic that i can wear at work under my clothes but also use at the gym on leg and back days. I gave it a search but nothing came up.

Do you really need the belt? I mean, is there a back problem or something that you have? Have you tried strengthening your back?

I have mild skully (however you spell it) my back is pretty strong but once i sqaut anything more then 315 it gives me slight problems. Been to a chiro after he corrected it, he told me to keep working out. So im just trying to prevent problems.

THe forever lever belt from inzer is by far the best belt I've ever used and it comes with a lifetime gurentee.

If I were you i'd do my lighter sets without a belt and when the weight starts to feel heavy say 275-315 in your case pop the belt on.

That was the plan of attack- that and with heavy deadlifts and bent over rows.

I think im going to just buy two belts. One for work and one for the gym.
