Called my pcp for appointment, said two weeks before fit me in with my work and their openings, instead did it on my own thanks to knowledge learned from this forum. Not sure got everything required but here's results:

Testosterone, serum 201ng/dl

Luteinizing hormone 1.9 mIU/ml

FSH, serum 1.7 mIU/ml

Estradiol 30.2 pg/ml

Also went and got a physical afterwards and plan on getting with Maximus as soon as I can work enough overtime to begin the process. Thanks to all the members who post here and for the knowledge you provide. I've lurked and read for sometime and joined today, just to say thanks.
Btw, 45.5 yr old that feels like he's 85, gonna change.

My income went up substantially after starting TRT. Hell I couldn't even hold a job before testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I was so tired. And this was very abnormal at my age. Congratulations - it will pay for itself. You don't need to spend a ton of money either. It is ridiculously cheap really. My pharmacy- doc method even with insurance is more expensive.

That's great to hear, I was wondering if the conservative protocol was enough to get me straightened out or at least on the road to being there. Thanks for the replys
