Got my blood test results back

Blood work taken last week 6 weeks since my last shot. Cycle was Test E 500mg/week for 16 weeks. Did Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast after and then clomid/nolva at 100mg/40mg (now have cut back to 50mg/20mg).

TSH: 1.66 (normal range is 0.35 - 5.00 mIU/L)
Testosterone: 26.3 (normal range is 7.6 - 31.4 nmol/L)
Hematology: All within normal levels

Judging by these results, looks like my natty test levels are pretty good so the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and clomid/nolva must have worked. I'm no expert on how to read these things, do you guys see anything to worry about? Thx

Let me make sure I understand. Your last injection of Testosterone was 6 weeks ago. So I assume you waiting 2 weeks for the ester to clear, and then performed a 4 week therapy session, immediately after, you tested serum testosterone. Is that correct? If so, you need to disregard these numbers.

Blood work needs to be 6 to 8 weeks after PCT is completed.
