Grapefruit juice for better oral absorption? D-bol?

LAWNSAVER, thanks i will definitly look into it. I am certainly hardheaded and you guys will have to work around it. I AM using the d-bol, 35 mg ed / 6 weeks, and will be fed 6-7 meals per day by the gourmet chef mother, eat 10 cans of tuna, i have already eaten 5 tubs of whey protein in the past 2 years, so fucking useless, i am at the point where i NEED this.

thanks guys.

But you dont understand!!! If you cant gain weight, you are at your present genetic potential! This means whatever weight you will gain will drop off unless you eat that much more to maintain it! What I am saying is that if you continue to eat the same as you do now, after your cycle, you will lose the weight just as fast or faster than you gained it!

The d-bol will seem like magic at first, but you will need magic to keep your gains!

Slin is a lot more permanant!! But it is also not magic!

Hmmm, i now see what you mean, yes i understand... like you eat average, then you take the d-bol, eat like a KFC chicken before its killed, and then post-cycle i continue with my current diet, yes that would be a failure, long term.

i would rather look at it like this, the motivation of gaining 15 lbs from d-bol will be enough to continue me on my frienzied eating WELL AFTER my cycle is complete, i DONT want to lose my gains, and once i have them it will be much more motivation to KEEP THEM, instead of sitting here thinking about eating well for a year to see 5 pounds.

thanks guys.

If you can do that...God Bless.

Steroids increase you app big time....it is extremely hard to eat that much when to come off! Also, you have not mentioned anything about clomid.

If you dont restart your natural test production, it will not matter how much you eat, you will crash and feel like a little girl!

Sorry i did not mention that Lawnsaver, of course i have 2 boxes of clomid on hand for treatment as well as 1 box of nolvadex in case/prevention for gyno.

thank you.

Well get to work! Although you are not going about it the right way, prove us all wrong! We love to hear success stories!!

Lawnsaver, nice post on the basics of slin bro.You should make it a sticky for any newbies who are curious about it!

LITERALLY 140 pounds and 6 foot 3, 19 years old male.

im FUCKING skinny, it is a serious problem, so help me out guys and we'll fix it :)!

Ok, listen very closely and carefully, because I dont want this to sound like flame. It its more than painfully obvious that you have an ectomorphic body type...join the club there are several of us on the board. My first cycle was dbol only, and I only had 1 box of clomid for my post cycle.

Personally I dont think anyone who cant even bench their own bodyweight at least for 5 reps is not developed enough to get the full benefit from AAS. But I also understand that you have made up your mind, and Im only one year older than you so I understand how it is. They say the 3 most important things for anyone who is "on" is training, eating, and recovery, brother Im here to tell you that if you dont have these 3 things in order as an ectomorph, you can forget about Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) use. Sure you may grow a lil without these things in order, but post cycle, you body will ravage itself ans you might actually los more LBM that you had when you started.

Be very careful with your training, it is very, very easy for ectomorphs to over train.....how will you know? This only comes from experience and form knowing your body very well and how it reacts to different things. Bottom line as an ectomorph, if you over train, not only will you not grow, but you will lose LBM due to catobolism.

You have to sleep, your body is constantly breaking down metabolites and is constantly trying to repair its self. But the most repair comes while you sleep. And if you dont sleep, you body wont repair, if you dont repair....you WILL be overtraining.

Eating.........lets just say at 5'8" 171 lbs....ill easily spend 400 a month on food when im "on". Carbs and fat are so very important for ectomorphs, but dont over do them...once again ...trial and error.

Make sure you can maintain your dicipline, Im not going to lie, being an ectomorphic bodybuilder is one of the hardest things to do. It will be a constant uphill battle. The one benefit....cutting cycles for us are very easy =-p a lil Winstrol (winny), a little tren, cut back carbs kick off cardio....yeah and your shredded in 3-4 weeks. Also because of out typically smaller joints the mass we do put on looks much more defined than the larger brothers.

Good luck bro and I do hope for your sake that you are very diciplined!

Good post!

I was trying to stress that gear shouldnt be used now, and really focus on diet and training, but he has tunnel vison!

Good info!

nekrawulf that was a very useful post good to hear there are some the same as me.

of course my diet will cost me nothing, my mother is a gourmet chef, and my eating will be on point.

it is also no trouble for me to get 11-12.5 hours of quality sleep per night.

working out/training i will keep asking questions and training HARD but not to the point of getting injuries or 'overdoing' it.

lawnsaver, tunnell vision maybe, but put yourself in my shoes, do this cycle right and have 12-18 lbs or work my ass of 'legit' with no real motivation for 5 lbs over 6 months.

thanks

Veteran Consensus Statement on the age of initiation of Anabolic use.

Anabolic steroids promote strength gain, muscle synthesis, and increased metabolic capacity. Their responsible, moderate use improves athletic performance, cosmetic appearance, and perceived social opportunity and self-esteem. However, anabolics achieve their effects by perturbing the human endocrine system, a complex feedback mechanism of glands and organs that are, in healthy and youthful persons, in an exquisite state of natural balance. Compounds like anabolic steroids that alter this balance are appropriate for use only by mature, well-trained athletes who understand these drugs, their risks and their benefits. Except in the case of prospective users of clear promise for national or international ranking in a sport, realistically hopeful for the kinds of benefits such ranking confers, the following should be characteristic of anyone, of any age, prior to the addition of anabolic steroids to a training regime:

1. PHYSICAL MATURITY. Anabolics can, through either direct or indirect effects, cause premature closure of the epiphyseal plates (“growth plates”) at the end of bone, an irreversible effect that may result in permanently shorter stature than the athlete would otherwise achieve. Therefore, the athlete should have reached full physical stature and maturity of the skeleton before contemplating anabolic use. In most cases, full stature is not reached until the very late teens and, in many cases, development of both long skeletal bones and joint assemblies (hips and shoulders) continues into the early 20's, development of the larynx (“voicebox”) into the mid-20’s.

2. SIGNIFICANT MATURE MUSCULARITY. Anabolics have poor effect, or transitory effect, on athletes in mediocre condition; in addition, their tendency to boost muscle strength ahead of the strength of supporting tendons and ligaments can lead to debilitating injury in athletes without substantial prior training. Therefore, the athlete should have accumulated a significant amount of mature muscle mass and tendon strength through a dedicated program of resistance training prior to beginning anabolic use. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in training efficiency and effects, a minimum of 3 years, perhaps as many as 7, of dedicated weight training is required to achieve this necessary physical foundation, on which anabolics can be used safely and to best effect.

3. THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE. Anabolics are not a substitute for proper technique or applied knowledge of the basics of exercise physiology. Therefore, the athlete considering the use of anabolics should have a very thorough and detailed knowledge of lifting technique, dietary practice, recuperative processes, and hormonal and nonhormonal supplementation, and should if possible prepare for the use of anabolics under the guidance of a trusted mentor who has mastered these issues. In particular, the athlete should have an excellent understanding of the uses, effects, and risk profiles of anabolics, and should be thoroughly conversant with the kinds of ancillary agents that minimize side-effects and speed post-cycle recovery. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in the pace at which this knowledge is acquired, at least a year of arduous study and reading is necessary to understand anabolics and post-cycle recovery, and at least 4 years of practice is required to establish the requisite knowledge base of lifting technique, recuperation, and diet.

4. PSYCHOLOGICAL MATURITY. Anabolic steroids can have marked effect on mood and disposition, either during the cycle of active use, or its aftermath. Therefore, the athlete considering the use of anabolics should have the psychological health and maturity that will enable him or her to use anabolics with minimal social, psychological, and legal risk to both him/herself and his/her network of partners and collaborators. In addition, the athlete should be firm enough in purpose and balanced enough in approach to understand not only how and when to initiate use of anabolics, but how and when to curtail or abandon use safely should that need arise.

The use of anabolic steroids is unwise for persons who have not satisfied these prerequisites, though exceptions may be made in cases of very unusual athletic promise. While not a function of mere calendar age per se, it is unarguable that, on average, the likelihood that these conditions will have been met increases as the age of the prospective anabolic user increases.

For the reasons adduced above, the following statement of consensus opinion is made:

Allowing for substantial individual variability, and with the exception of cases of truly outstanding athletic promise, the athlete considering the use of anabolics should be socially and physically mature, psychologically healthy, and should have completed 4 to 7 years of dedicated, mentored training in strength/endurance athletics and study in lifting technique, dietary practices, recuperation skills and supplementation. In most cases, the athlete will have reached the age of 21 before these prerequisites are in place, recognizing that many athletes will not have achieved the necessary experience, physical maturity, and psychic balance until their mid-20's or even later.

Um, ok, good post sir. SIGNIFICANT MATURE MUSCULARITY is probably where i dont fit in, as to my growth plates closing well im already 6 foot 3 so uh why would i want to get taller than this (i dont)

yes of course i could gain slightly with eating like a monster, but i need to try this now.

No, no and no. You ONLY gain from food, roids help direct those gains into muscle along with the training, but gear alone does not = weight gain unless you just want to carry water.

Guy that is I think 6'1" started out as 137 pound guy, now near the 300 pound mark, he eats a minimum of 6000 calories a day and loses weight at that level, usually in the 7k mark. I am 6'2" and would not easily get under 215, I'm about 238 right now, and I still feel skinny.

Bro, your as skinny as olive oil and your mommy makes you your dinner. Why don't you stick to breast milk, juice is for grown-ups.

Only plenty of food can make you grow, wether on gear or not. You need soemthing to build off of, Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) increase proetien synthesis, and stop caabolism, but you need plenty of carbs and fat to spare the protein.

How about you post your daily diet?
