Great cycle...

Just finished second cycle (first legit 12wk), dbol @ 35mg/ed 1mo. Test E @ 750/wk 12wk's.

Pre cycle stats--- Height: 75", Morning weight: 167Lb's. Bench press 1 rep max: 185Lb's.

Protein intake: Monster milk @ 200-250g ED, pre workout shake with Banana, followed by apple for simple carbs ect...

Diet: Oatmeal breakfast ED for complex carbs, followed by protein shake.
Tried to eat every 2 hours, usually consisting of lean meats like chicken or tuna with a salad, and a banana, or apple to follow. Dinner usually being Salmon, or a larger portion of baked, or grilled chicken. Multi-vitamin, tripple strength fish oil capsule every morning after oatmeal breakfast and usually taken with morning protein shake.
Ungodly daily water intake... to the point I wake up nightly usually twice to piss, sometimes i get lucky only needing to once.

The main focus of my diet was to never get hungry. I just never, EVER let myself get hungry. Got pretty religious about it TBH...

Workouts have been split between push, and pull days. Mainly doing push oriented training on mondays, and fridays. Pull oriented on Wedsday, and a light pull workout incorporated Friday as well, weekends rest, Tuesday and Thursday rest.
Spotter and I worked broad muscle groups early in workouts ending final sets for each lift with negative reps if possible. Example: Last bench press workout I started with repping 185 for 10 reps after warmup with 135, then 195 second set for 8 reps, third @ 205lbs 8 reps, 4th @ 205lbs as many times as possible till muscle failure, followed by 2-3 negatives with spotter pulling bar in 2 inch bursts to prevent the muscles from contracting smoothly.
After broad muscle group training finished, we'd gradually isolate as best as possible every push oriented muscle ect.

Results 1wk after last inject--- morning weight 196Lbs, lat row repping weight: 5 plates per side. Bench press 1 rep max: 250Lbs (as of today :dienewbie ).
Extreme gains on my lats, and traps, and solid chest gains as well. Delts have grown dramatically, rear delt lagging a touch... Triceps: finally have em... Biceps: Finally have em...

Going to drop my repping weights to go from 8 rep focus to more like a 12 rep focus now until after PCT, which starts next Monday. Diet will continue as planned, and will set my next bench press goal to 300 for around July, or Aug...

Pre cycle blood work came back with EVERYTHING checking exactly in center of normal range. Had levels checked again at week 4 when Dbol was cut, and my AST liver value came back at 132, with 63 being my previous number. Had it checked again at 5 1/2 weeks, came back at 67 with everything else being norm other than red blood cells being in a few points shy of being in the high norm range. Will have more blood work Friday to check everything out just prior to PCT's.

Forgot to mention, I am 25 yr old Male with 2 1/2 year experience weight training. Previous bench max before losing 20lbs on iraq deployment was 215.

congrats.

imo keep weight lifted as heavy as possible , drop reps and sets slightly along with more rest between sets until fully recovered . do NOT over do cardio while recovering or use any weight loss products and DO NOT diet while recovering.

Hey thanks for the advice Dawg, much appreciated.

Looks good bro, I'm glad to see you put in the effort to maintain your health. All of these cycles finishing up just makes me want to get on the gear again sooner!!!

Hey thanks essays,

I uploaded an album with the post cycle photo's, never took the pre cycle, tho I can vouche that I was rail skinny. Never bothered to put the muscle back on since I got back in Dec 09. Already planning the next cycle for April or so dependent specifically on how I feel during/after the PCT.

In retrospect the only main things I wish I had done different this go around, is more cardio, and really getting my squats form down earlier in the cycle (didn't really work squats into my routine until about week 6-7, and needed a BB/PL friend to really work with me on correcting my form which I've never really had till now...). But hey that's the learning curve for yuh... Hope to see similar results next go round, if not better. :)

Good cycle. But IMO. Should of waited to cycle till your natural strength was higher. 250 max could of been acheived easily with proper nutrition and diet. Also your tendons would be tough enough for the sudden increase in strength. Glad your cycle was successful though. Just be safe. Also thank you for serving and God bless.

Hey, thanks for the input OmegaReign. I see the logic in what your saying, and am more then open to the constructive criticism. In fact I welcome it, as that's how i'll pick up little tid bits here and there I may not know so thanks again man, its much appreciated.

I tend to agree with omega. You made incredible gains, but part of the reason was that you didn't really build that much naturally, so you were speeding up what could have been done naturally. I have nothing against speed except that connective tissue doesn't keep up with the muscle gains, in fact connective tissue development can be hindered by steroids.

Thanks for your service in the armed forces.

No tendon probs. I'm extremely careful, especially with biceps. I don't ever go past 3/4 extension on bicep oriented lifts in particular. To caveat, i've been blessed with two extremely knowledgeable lifting partners who have a lot to say on form ect, one being the son of a former pro BB, and has plans for his first comp in the future, and my other partner is a sponsored power lifter at 185 I believe his competing class is. In other words, I'm very careful and am scrutinized strictly with form. Seen a few injuries occur however with a few people at the gym which is food for thought every time it occurs...

Being a public forum obviously i'll leave this fairly non specific with certain details.

Jacked: Call it what you call it, but I stand by it brother.

Well, jacked27 is right, you did use the test as a "shortcut" which we don't generally condone, but it's done and over with now, so no use crying over spilled milk.

I'm sure you've read many times what the downsides are of switching to test before you've built a solid natural base. You'll just have to watch yourself now.
