I'm trying to figure my bmr out an obviously need to get idea what my bf is so I can put together maintence diet.
Also inputed my diet into fitday of what I'm currently eating on my pct diet which is
Cals 4170
Protein 264g 26%
Carbs 396.5g 40%
Fats 155g 34%
Here are body measurements I took myself. My wife wasn't up to help me.
187lbs
Neck 16 1/2"
Chest 40"
Stomach 38"
Waist 37"
Biceps L: 14" R : 14"
Thighs L: 23 1/2" R: 23"
Calves L: 15" R: 15"
Forearms L 12" R: 12
