Hey everyone,

One more update here.
2016 hit the ground running. Had a rough beginning on the personal level, but all this is just more fuel to my fire, to be honest.

Weight has hit 220 for the first time and hell that's exciting!
I'm also leaning out nicely in my midsection. Pecs are looking full.

In my last touch base with 3J we agreed that finding the sweet spot for Adex has yielded in a nice loss of water. That's why weight hasn't increased significantly last week, but definition did.

This week it seems the numbers are back up and I feel great for that.

I can also feel the HGH kicking in. The tingles and the wrists are definitely showing. I'm using gray tops from PSL and they have totally exceeded my expectations. I've used Serostim and other pharma grade HGH before but it was hard to keep up due to the cost. These Gray Tops are definitely the best cost benefit.

This is my current combo:
- 800mg/WK Test E
- 500mg/WK NPP
- 50mg/ED Dbol
- 1mg/ED Adex


Note that I will drop the Dbol after week 6 (I'm currently on mid week 4) and on Week 16 we will have a nice visit of Tren A, Mast and Primo all the way through week 24.

Week 4 updates coming this Thursday and I will have bloods for you guys on Week 6.

Hey guys,

2nd update:

1- Pinned for the first time on Wednesday. So far everything really smooth. Not sure if the NPP kicks in that fast, but feeling great and strong and the pumps have been noticeable already.

2- The gear is so freaking smooth that I have no signs of PIP. Not even dreading pinning again tonight. Thanks PSL!!!

3- Back Day yesterday and Shoulder Day today. Can't wait for week 5-6!!! LOL

Food Porn

This is what I had for dinner today.

Chicken Wraps with Salsa!

- Chicken Breast (Marinated with lime juice, cilantro, black pepper and garlic)
Leave it marinating for about an hour and throw it in the grill. Easy and tasty!!

- Whole wheat tortillas

Green Salsa
1lb Tomatillos
3 Limes
1 Yellow Onion
Salt / Garlic

Boil the tomatillos. Blend them with the lime juice. Add diced onion, salt and garlic. Refrigerate

Red Salsa
4 Tomatoes
2 Chipotle Chiles (can be canned)
1 Red Jalapeno
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt
Garlic
1 Medium Yellow Onion Diced

Roast the Chipotle and Jalapeno on a sauce pan until they are fairly blackened.
Boil the tomatoes.
Blend tomatoes and chiles along with rest of ingredients.
Refrigerate.

Both salsa recipes are good for a week :)

WEEK 4 UPDATES

Hey guys,

A great week, by far the best one since the beginning of the cycle. Probably has to do with test build-up and also with finding the sweet spot for Adex.

I've been feeling great, weight has increase steadily and the workouts have been nothing short of amazing.

The gear continues to surprise me in a positive way. Been pinning pretty frequently and using same spots (I'm not a fan of pinning quads) and absolutely no PIP or tenderness.

If it continues like this til week 16 when our cut starts, I should have a lot of gains to share.

Let's wait to hear what the boss (3J) says about the progress and I'm also anxious to hear feedback from all of you.

Anyway I'll leave you guys with my updated measurements and pics.

Dude! Too bad you on the other coast. I always make plenty here, in fact my roommate (who doesn't even train) also gets a plate LOL.
But more recipes are coming soon. I just been a little busy with the holidays so I've been resorting to the easy Grilled chicken and tortillas. But some new stuff will be done soon :)

Keep grindin dude nice work . Man reading your measurements I had to do a double take and read mine . We are really close . Glad to get the holidays behind . Boss upped my carbs today so time to add some weight.
 
That's sweet. You will be full of energy man. And the gains will come in nicely, I'm sure.
I'm really happy with week 4 progress. Things seem to have picked up on a steady pace. Talked with 3J and he told me 1.5/2lbs a week is a solid goal to have, so I'm aiming for that until WEEK 16 when we are implementing some TREN/PRIMO/MAST. But so far, so good man. This is definitely not a cycle I would like to have done early on, because I don't think I would be able to deal with it LOL. But I'm glad it's happening at the right time!!!
 
Whats up guys,

One more update for you all.

Weight has been steady sitting at 220, but I continue to lean out nicely in my midsection. This is WEEK 5 of 24, so I'm excited that the ride is barely beginning. This is definitely the best I've ever looked in my life, so what motivation is better than that??

The gear continues to impress me positively as I can really feel not only the AAS working but also the HGH is noticeable. I'm gonna have bloodwork done next week so you will all gonna be able to see it in numbers, but I can tell you, this shit is for real.

I decided to expand my fish cooking this week so I'm bringing you all a recipe for Tuna Seared Rare. It can't be any easier to make.

SEARED RARE ALBACORE TUNA

All you need is a piece of albacore tuna (which might be the cheapest kind of fish you will find along with Tilapia).

Season is with sea salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

Mine were triangle shaped, so I put it in the grill 3min on each of the 3 sides, on Medium-High.

And that's pretty much it. Slice it and enjoy it!

This Thursday I will have my measurement and picture updates for WEEK 5. Stay tuned and let me know your thoughts!

WEEK 6 UPDATES!!!

One more incredibly productive week.
The boss 3J decided to up my calories to get back growing and the results are in. Two pounds gain while leaning out more. This is the best I've ever looked and it's exciting to know it's just the beginning.

What's up guys!

One more update here. Trying to be very consistent this week with diet and training, as 3J has added some carbs (and some cheat meals as well) so I can keep the gains coming slowly and steady.

That's our idea for the first 16 weeks. Slow and steady gains + slow and steady leaning out.

On week 16 when Tren, Mast and Primo come into play, the magic will happen. So trying to make the most consistent progress over this first 2/3 of my cycle.

This week I'm gonna get bloodwork done as soon as I get paid at my job so we should be able to compare that with the baseline blood work I got in the beginning.

I have one more recipe for you guys (After plenty of requests - and also complains from the dudes on cuts LOL)

This one is a good one for either bulking or cutting as the recipe itself is pretty lean, just protein. It's what you gonna pair it up with that's gonna determine.

TILAPIA CEVICHE
- 2 pounds fresh tilapia, diced into small cubes (the smaller the more flavor it's gonna have. Just don't cut it too fine otherwise it will lose firmness. About half inch cubes are enough) - other fish also work such as Cod, Sole or even Salmon. But Tilapia is ideal.
- 1 bottle Santa Cruz Organic Lime Juice (You can use real limes, but this saves the trouble of squeezing 20-30 limes - Remember the lime juice has to be enough to cover the fish in a container)
- Some salt to taste

You put the diced fresh fish in a container and cover it with the lime juice and salt. I like marinating overnight but if you are in a rush, one hour marinade is enough to "cook" the fish and kill any bacteria. I just think overnight is way tastier.
When done marinating, toss the juice out, preserving the fish. Then add:

- 1 whole red onion - diced
- 5 or 6 tomatoes - diced (I prefer greenish or firm tomatoes, because ripe ones will get soggy after marinating)
- 1 jalapeno papper finely diced (if you like spicy)
- A bunch of cilantro finely chopped

You can play with the ingredients here. Some people like adding bell peppers, cherry tomatoes. It's really up to your creativity.

Add another half cup of new fresh lime juice.
This will last 2-3 days in the fridge.

I like eating it with Whole wheat or corn tostadas and finely diced avocado (if I'm looking for the calories)
Otherwise it tastes great on its own as a salad.

Wasssuuupp guys,

I'm back after a pretty bad flu with my UPDATES for this week. Everyone in LA seemed to be getting sick and I tried to stay away from it as much as I could, but it finally got me. :(

I've leaned out pretty nicely this week, but the boss 3J doesn't want that happening yet, so we've upped my calories a little more. We are hitting TREN, Masteron and Primo in the final 8 weeks so right now is the time to put on as much clean mass as we can.

I also got bloodwork back and everything looks dandy as you guys will see.

We now enter the final 8 weeks on Test and NPP, so my focus will be entirely on making as much gains as I can.

I also ordered another 200ius of Grey Tops HGH from PSL, very happy with that!!!
