Gyms while traveling

I'm going to be out of town three of the next four weeks. Anyone have any experience hitting up a gym while traveling? Cost isn't an issue -- I'd happily have work pick up the tab for a week's membership. ;-) I just have no use for the typical small gym set up you find at most hotels.

In particular, if you know of any gym recommendations in the OKC area or Sacramento I'd appreciate it.

Some gyms give you a try it out pass....

My gym gives me a travel pass wich is great..

I'm a member of the YMCA and a local Hardcore gym.

When traveling I usually use the YMCA...being a member allows you to use any YMCA 12 times in one year.

YUP!! YMCA was a good one this summer back home for me! I was just going to go to Golds ...but my buddy went to the Y..so I asked them how much for 2 weeks. They just said take 2 weeks passes no prob!

Being a small city..the gym wasn't huge...
Machines were dif...and some not even there..but the hotties mmmm yuppers always there...
