Do most competitive bodybuilders have surgery to remove 100% of their glandular tissue under their nipples to make gyno impossible?

Is it true that if this surgery is done then gyno is not a concern at all, thus one could take insane amounts of Test with no anti-estrogens or aromatase inhibitors?

It sounds good, but didnt Jay Cutler have some gyno in one new pic if im correct?
But as he says, if u remove it all, would it be able to take what ever amounts (well, without killing youreself) and fuck the post cycle therapy (pct) (only get youre own test levels back up again) and not get any gyno?

This is a complete falsehood, and there are many who have to have gyno surgery again. I hear that it supposedly lowers your ability to have gyno, but even on that account I am a little leery.

I guess you're thinking about it?

Nope! It's not for me. I was just curious about this because of an article that I read in MD. I think that the author was that monster Palumbo. I take such low doses of steroids that the possibility of gyno isn't really an issue for me.
