its been over 5 months since my last cycle, i had a little bit of swelling while on, but it was takin care of right away, and after pct i never had a problem....now, 5 months later i have big hard lump behind one of my nips and it friggin hurts, wtf?

What was your cycle? Likely it is estrogen related. If you arent knowledgeable on the gyno subject , that's understandable, and I might doublecheck what the doc says by posting it here, since not many docs are familiar with this stuff. Tits on a man is nothing to play with, eh?

At any rate, jumping on letro by tapering from .5mg ED to 2.5mg ED, staying there till the gyno is gone. Then taper off to .5mg again while mixing in 20mg Nolva for a few weeks to prevent further rebound.

As a note, 2.5mg letro for any length of time will have sides typical of total estro depletion, like lethargy, ED, mood swings, achy joints, etc, all of which will subside upon discontinuation, and all of which are not as bad as a set of tits.

So gyno surgry might be more of a last resort. Comparing the price of the two, the letro is like the price of a dinner for two, the surgery is like $6k

even here in canada, not that i want to do it, who should i be asking to see, specialist wise?

Many men go to plastic surgeons because it is essentially a male "breast reduction", but you should try the letro first IMO.

just got back from the surgeon, he said he wants to cut it out and there are no other options, i said no friggin way. I am goin to get an appoinment to see an endocrinologist first, i want to know what is goin on before i get chopped open

it will take 2 years to see an endocrinologist, and i have the appoinment in May for the choppy choppy...what about nolvadex and aromasin?

ive had gyno for a few months, ive been to an endocrinologist who did absolutely nothing for me, even though my test levels are low. i saw a breast surgean who doesnt want to do anything for me. i now have an appt set up with an estrodologist. this is pissing me off
