Hey guys I'm 21 got some lumps from dbol and test E and I got lumps in both left and right nipple I was looking into Letro any advice or how to use it and where to BUY it ? Thanks guys

use a serm like ralox or tamox or even clomid for 3 or so months at low dose to try shrink it. using letro for gyno and crashing your estrogen is not the optimal solution, though its tooted on many forums. the SERM will block the receptors and let the glands shrink while leaving your estrogen uncrashed and healthy.

though i would go for blood work before doing anything.

This is spot on. Get blood work. Post your results. We will take it from there but your treatment should, as juced said, consist of a serm. The question will come into play as to whether or not you will need an ai alongside the serm to manage your e2 if it is elevated. Possibly even a dopamine agonist if PRL is elevated as well.
