Gyno on a buddy of mine...

Heres the lowdown, my buddy has existing gyno from his stupidity about a year ago. He took abombs only and got gyno. Ive talked him into doin the traditional test cycle for 12 weeks (test enan) at 500mg/week.
Ive heard of gyno buster cycles and so forth with all these theories and testimonials. What can he use to attempt to get rid of the gyno? And to prevent it from growing during the test cycle....

I was thinking of the 80/40/20 of nolva?

If that doesn't help...then surgery is his only option. Happens to many of us! If his Doctor is crafty and smart, he may be able to get insurance to cover the surgery. Many medications can cause Gynocamastia (Zoloft, Propecia/Finasteride...true!, corticosteroids like Prednisone, many, many others). A good Doc can suggest that a previous prescribed med (NOT steroids...dont bring it up to the Dr.!!!) may have caused the gyno, and thus insurance should cover it.

It certainly won't hurt...but my expectations would be low...so sure, why not!

Since his Gyno was caused by A-Bombs therefor Prgesterone Induced he may not have a problem with Test so just make sure he uses an anti aromitase such as Femars, better safe than sorry.

WELL....my buddy just fessed up...he is lactating...so its progesterone gyno for sure....any way to get rid of it? im thinkin high doses of b6??

Isn't it 200-300mg/day for prevention

600-900mg/day for actual symptoms ?

if it were me I would run letro for a month or more see if it reduces the gyno at all; THEN hit a cycle of test E with adex EoD and nolva on hand for 14 weeks.

Letrozole should do the trick.
