It's is sound advice, right all I'd say is check this back in 23days time and trust me you will see a huge difference in physique as starting to cut. I do train around 4/5 times a week taking each muscle group on to allow rest in between. I must admit though I must do more for my diet throughout the year not just before holidays.

Just watching diet cutting down on bad carbs etc so only have limited carbs after 12 to shift weight as quick as possible
