Gyno surgery contemplating yes or no if necessary

So I have a very small barely noticeable case
Of gyno. They are just puffy from runnig compounds here and there, I am using aromasin (switched from adex) and using nolva. I had a lump a few weeks ago and it has gone down considerably well. Would it even be worth gettig it done? I hear skin and shit can look fucked up afterwards. Nobody else sees it but I do, and it's not really bad, I can just see the white around the nipple pretty much. However it kind of screws with my head so that's why I'm
Wondering if it's even worth it.

Get in contact with Snowpatrol, hes a member here and i believe he had gyno surgery. He might be able to shed some light on the experience bro.

If it is true gyno they can become malignant so the tissue should be removed.

Well I'm using serms and A.I to prevent it from getting worse. However 2000-3000$ is a lot right now and like I said is it really NECESARRY, I've read breast cancer in males is possible but not likely.

if you have excess fat around the nipple due to it (lypomastia) its an ugly scar for the rest of your life.. if they just remove the gland and the gyno it doens't look bad most of the time, though you can get this impression on your chest where your glands used to be.. i think T did gyno surgery and took the glands out.. ask him

If it got out if control I would, I will be using 20mg nolvadex everyday along w adex or aromasin, using adex but switched to aromasin can't make my mind up lol. But Tamox to prevent it.

Tamox might even get rid of it, i had a tiny bit of tissue in that area, not noticeable except to me. I ran Tamox at 20mg/day and in 4 weeks it had disappeared.
