gyno...up my prami or a dex on my tren prop cycle?

What do I up for slight gyno sides? Prami or arimidex

Im 1 month in on my tren prop blend cycle. Running a good dose too. Which is the same as I ran last year too.

I have a slight bump on the outer side of my left nipple and I think it may be starting on the outer side of my right Nipple too.

Im not sure what of my Ai to increase. Is this slight gyno from the test or the tren. Its not leaking fluids just a tiny bump. Perhaps a little more sensitive too

I take
.2ml of A dex every night (its 2.5mg per ml. So I takw .5mg of a dex)

.3ml prami every night which is 1mg per ml. So I take .3mg each night.


Should I increase the prami to .5mg ?

Again its not prolactin sides I dont think?

Estrogen is the first line of attack. In the absence of excess estrogen gyno will not form. Id increase ai but if you have a definite lump id start a serm ..either ralox at 60mg/day or tamox at 20mg/day.

would bumping ai up to .75mg ED a good dose? my concern was not wanting to kill to much estro.

I have tamox so I can start that at 20mg ed now. I assume this will be to kill gyno so id stop my ai. then once tamox has done its thing id resume my adex at the slightly higher does than I am currently on.

is this a good game plan?

will tamox needed to be increased if lump remains etc??

If your staying on cycle continue your ai. You need to manage e2 for many reasons - gyno just being one. The ai will manage e2 and the tamox will work to remove the gyno. .75 is a good start with ai yes. If your e2 is at the level you are getting gyno killing it with a small increase wouldnt be of concern at this point IMO.

Whats your cycle look like running test higher then tren obviously?
If so try dropping your test dose down and run tren higher then your test to limit those sides bro

Test at 250-300mg/week with tren at 400-500mg a week, works wonders less sides atleast for me and others too
That way no competing for the recpetors, u know who is gonna win the battle anyways ha

There's always receptor competition but it's pointless to worry about since it assumes that a receptor and hormone molecule can only bind once. They bind, become unbound after the transcription process, then bind with other receptors/molecules. It's a continuous process and one not worth the worry

Yea man I wasn't arguing about that point at all. That's def one option or make better use of his AI and/or SERM. I was just Talking about receptor affinity part of it.

Agreed bro, 20mg of nolvadex a day tho? Or split that to 10mg, just curious myself, never had an issue but always had a serm on hand if does

20mg is a great dose if using nolva. Raloxifene is slightly better and for that you'd take 30mg daily but either will work very well. Just know that it could take months to reverse gyno using SERM's but they're much more effective than any AI at REVERSING gyno. AI's are great at preventing it in the first place.

great info guys. im on my tamox at 20mg a day now along with my ai adex at .75mg.

my cycle is same as my last cycle. I just need to work on dosing the ai better.
I run trenbo test blend.
120mg tren 60mg test
doing 1ml a day
