Gyno ? What do you suggest me ?

Hi guys,

I did 2 test e pins 250mg each + 2 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) pins 250iu each and I'm in the first week of my 12 weeks Test E only cycle. I didn't use Arimidex yet and I prefer using it when necessary since it may hinders some gains.

I just want to make sure whether it is Gyno or not. Yesterday was my chest day and I do feel pain (normal)
When I raise my arm above next to my head I see my nipples are normal but they do hold water. My chest holds some water but its not weird too cuz It happened before when taking Anti-Histamine for Allergy.

No lumps. Sensitivity are normal or maybe alittle bit higher than normal.

What do you suggest me ?

This is not gyno unless there is lumps. Your only a week in. Relax. If it starts to get sore or irritated I suggest you start adex at .25eod and increase if needed. I prefer to just run a low dose regardless to keep estrogen sides at bay.

Be careful with the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) that can cause gyno as quickly if not quicker than the test.

What he said. i am running a low dose of Arimidex to be on the safe side. .5mg eod.

OP, if your not going to be a smart AAS user in regards to keeping your estrogen in check, don't complain about possible gyno or other side effects. Your just asking for the worst shit to happen to you...

OP is this your first cycle? What are your stats?

Then just run a low dose of .25eod so you don't have to run in to these issues. Why wait until something to happen to do something when you can take precautions to keep it from happening.
