If any of you guys are thinking about getting into powerlifting i hightly suggest you pay for a few training sessions if you don't have access to some good lifters at your gym to teach you proper use of a bench shirt. Or a Metal Militia seminar. Their is no reason to waste all the money and time on equipment and training and not have someone show you the right way to use equipment. It is not that hard, but what you will learn in two hours you will never ever figure out on your own or by watching a video. It was excellent and very informative, and i will probably go back once i get my form down some, for some higher level critiquing and coaching.

I know we are not supposed to discuss prices but can you give us a ballpark on what that runs you? They charge on an hourly basis I am assuming?

I Think i can mention it, lol. He was 90 bucks for two hours. Ballsy charges more to teach you how to do curls while sitting on a medicine ball.

awesome jcp, i'm glad that it worked out for you.
Has anyone ever done one of the elite seminars? (not with spellwin, with Dave Tate etc)
