Hardcore cardio 4 days a week?

I was gonna do a dbol only cycle starting april 5th but I am gonna wait 3-4 more weeks till i get my test. I am slowly gaining weight back after basketball season over. i am at 6"4 258-260about 20%bf. I have been lifting but i have not been doing cardio at all. i am gonna start doing hardcore cardio 4 days a week 2-3 hours a day. I have a bottle of Lipo- 6 in hand. I am gonna use it for a energy boost for the workout.

does this look good?

Mon- lifting, cardio

Tues- off

Wedn- lifting, cardio

Thur- liftin

Fri- cardio

Sat- off

Sun- cardio

plan on using this for the next 3-4 weeks. My diet is gonna be about 2500 -3000 cals at most. Good sources of food. Think i can shed a few?

P.S GNC Sucks dick a bottle of lipo 6 is 45$.
 
Hell ya you'll shed a few. I was in cross country during one year in high school and i lost a load of weight. That was the first time in my life i started to see my abs comming out.

Hell, I never lost weight running CC. My junior year, I went from 155 in august to 165 by november, and my senior year, I went from 170 to over 185. I actually run long distance to GAIN weight.
