Hardgainer...help!!

I'm 25 5'-7" 155lbs. Been workin out on and off for a couple years. Lately training hard , 6 days a week. I eat everything in site not junk either, steaks ground beef, chicken breast, wheat bread only ,rice, greens etc... I also drink 3 protein shakes a day with either a bannana or some frozen yogurt thrown in. Problem is cant gain any real mass. I'm in good shape, have muscle def and all just want to bulk up. I've got my gear in place, 250 test enanth and liquid d-bol40mg/ml-30ml. 1cc test every 5 days, 0.5 of the bol 2x a day. Going on tomorrow when i wake up after hearty b-fast and a shake.

I was told that I'm overtraining! If so what kind of training or which certain workouts should I stick to, to gain mass? I want to get the absolute max out of my cycle and my training! My goal is to gain at least 25-30lbs. on this cycle. Oh yeah I have clomid for PCT, and some nolvadex in case of any signs of gyno appear. Any advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
why are you juicing if you aint got a good routine?

how much protein are you taking in per day? honestly. if itds below 300 you failing in that department. thatll do more good than the juice.

Protein...

I am drinking 3 shakes a day, I do 2 scoops instead of one and I add either a bannana or some frozen yogurt to the mix. The individual I got the gear from instructed me on the protein, and how to get the 300 a day. But thanks for askin. :)

Hey man thanks for the constructive criticism, but I do have a routine... and 25-30lbs. IMO is'nt alot to ask from a cycle especially my first. Thats when u are supposed to get your best gains. From your first cycle, Is'nt it? A few people I know gained ut to 35 lbs from their 1st! Agreed it includes the proper diet, training and rest.
 
You say you are a hardgainer and workout 6 days a week. I know very few easy-gainers, even ones the use steroids that can work-out 6 days a week and make gains. You will likely find most of the vets here train 2-4 days a week MAX. 6-day a week routines are pure bullshit for joe average trying to make gains. I can do 3-5 grams a week and workout 6 days a week and get weaker every workout. bet you could too. You need to get a handle on that before you even think of doing enything else. And it seems you already know how easy it is to gain 25-35 lbs doing a cycle. You don't have a clue about what you are talking about. Yes, some guys gain that much, most don't come close. With a poor diet and 6 day a week training most guys will get 10-15 lbs of water gain, 5 ls of muscle, and when the water comes off they end up a whole fucking 5 lbs heavier.

Better get your training and diet in order first.

mw has to be one of the first people that took advice and came over from the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) forum to get help...glad to see it..i would hold onto your gear and put it aside for now..

read the stickies at the top of the forum and get yourself on one of those routines for 8 weeks along with a solid diet with high protein and cals (goodcals)
my guess is it will prolly be the best gains youve ever made if your not happy then try a different routine or tweak the diet

write your entire routine down, sets reps weights and exercises. Lets see what you are doing.
 
u dont even need gear at that age im 22y/o and even if i diet properly for two weeks and train right i notice gains... i work out 5 days a week but one of the days is a light arm training at end of week .. one-2 exercises for tris ,bis and forearms, but i cant fathom how u would gain a single pound of muscle with a 6day/week workout....
 
before everyone starts blasting him, he already got blasted on the anabolic section, and we exchanged pms and i told him to come over here and get some help with his workouts before he started any gear. So lets forget about the gear, for now, and concentrate on the dudes training, because at this point he has heard the same thing 30 tmies.

right on brutha..way too many spend time debating should they use enanth or prop or sust..blah blah blah blah...dont matter add the smallest amount to a solid routine with good food and voila you see gains..
