has anyone had problems with finafarm.com?

on 11/16 i placed an order for a fina kit. not only have i not received the kit but they also billed my debit card twice. i have not received any responses from them. has anyone else had similiar experiences with this company?

If they are billing you, there must be someone there. Keep trying to contact them to find out what's going on.
