Happy 4th all.

going to the beach today will remind me to never slack off from the gym or diet.....I was supposed to be a shredded freak this 4th of July at newport beach(where they close down all the streets to have a huge day party with hot drunk half naked females walking around)....had it planned out since December....

Oh well. Life. Don't get too lazy and don't take days off.

But sadly shirt off rule is under 11.5%. Otherwise I will feel like a whale.
If you can take your shirt off over 11.5% in public and think you look good, than more power to you. I just criticize myself hard.

I can see my abs, but no way in hell am I taking my shirt off in public. That, and I get enough questions about "yo bro, how much you bench?!" with a shirt on. 10% body fat or lower for this guy before I feel comfortable within my skin.

After being at the beach all day yesterday and all night, my friends and I decided we are renting a beach house next year for the 4th of July on Newport beach, right dead smack in the middle of the closed down street where everyone is partying. So make your way out to cali and party in Newport next year. We will look like freaks.
At 16% this year I felt great once I saw how many shirtless dudes had a decent muscle tone but were pudgy all around.
