haven't done many bent rows...hows my form??

Only 135 but that was when i was about done w/a pretty hard back workout, plus its a new movement pretty much. I've never really done bent rows. Dunno y??
 
Excellent form.....rows are my core movement on back days...the bar should be scraping your knees...if you don,t use straps your grip will improve from these........if your torso starts to lift you're lifting too much
