Hcg and the proper use to get the most shelf life

I have a 5000 IU vial of Hcg. I intend to run it at 500 a week for 10 weeks starting week 2 or 3, still reasesrching that a little. My cycle will be test E only. It has worked very well in the past but this is my first time using HcG. My question is can I mix the HCg with bac water as need to prolong the life of the bottle or is the bottle shelf life already counting down? I have read so much on this and the information is so inconsistent. I was thinking draw up half and mix with bac water in sterile vial and then mix second half after I use the first. If this is not a viable route I will just order more. Please advise.

I am sure I am going to get ripped for being uneducated, and the truth is with HCG I am definitely not 100% on the proper technique.

Hcg and peptides start to degrade from manufacture to some degree, but only after you reconstitute it does the clock really start clicking. It's not huge but after 10 weeks it'll be probably 75% effective. Just going what I remember reading here and other places
