I'll do my best to explain my dilemma... Hopefully, someone can provide me with some direction. Only 34, but my test level is consistently low. I workout, eat vegan, get enough plant based protein, etc... My concern isn't to get bigger, faster, stronger (although those would be nice side effects); but rather to feel better and have higher libido, etc. I also have relatively low sperm count, although I am not infertile.
I am gun shy about taking test, and a doctor friend recommended I look to HCG. I was ready to pull the trigger on that, but then started reading about the effects it may have on LH levels.
My question is simple, although I'm sure the answer is not... Is there any way to use HcG safely (long term) to increase test levels? Also, what else would I need to take along with it to make sure I don't have adverse reactions? Again, please keep in mind I want to do as little as possible to get myself to "normal".
Sorry if I missed any of the newbie rules. Please advise, and I will correct on future posts.
