HCG - Do I need to take anything else with it?

I'll do my best to explain my dilemma... Hopefully, someone can provide me with some direction. Only 34, but my test level is consistently low. I workout, eat vegan, get enough plant based protein, etc... My concern isn't to get bigger, faster, stronger (although those would be nice side effects); but rather to feel better and have higher libido, etc. I also have relatively low sperm count, although I am not infertile.

I am gun shy about taking test, and a doctor friend recommended I look to HCG. I was ready to pull the trigger on that, but then started reading about the effects it may have on LH levels.

My question is simple, although I'm sure the answer is not... Is there any way to use HcG safely (long term) to increase test levels? Also, what else would I need to take along with it to make sure I don't have adverse reactions? Again, please keep in mind I want to do as little as possible to get myself to "normal".

Sorry if I missed any of the newbie rules. Please advise, and I will correct on future posts.

HCG alone can help with fertility if you are trying to conceive. Not with increasing test levels.

hCG can increase Total Testosterone, especially if you have Low T. Anzel: I am not sure why you don't think it will work. hCG monotherapy is a proven treatment.

Typically it is not used as a longterm solution though as it can desensitize the testicles. It is generally used alone to "prime" the testicles for an HPTA restart. It would be followed with Clomid or Nolva which are both SERMs. If the HPTA restart doesn't work, then Testosterone injections would be indicated.

How much hCG are you going to take and at what frequency? To answer your other question, you could possibly also need an Aromatase Inhibitor with the hCG. And ongoing blood work will be required.

What were your LH levels? HCG will only work if your testes respond to the hormone (or analogue such as HCG).
