HCG Dosage for this Cycle

Hey Bros - I've read a lot on HCG. Lots of different theories on how much and when to take HCG. The prevailing theory is to take 250-500iu 2x per week. If on 500mg enanthate/wk for 12 weeks and 250mg deca/wk for 11 weeks, how much Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) would you recommend? 250 2x/wk, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500??

I've also read to gauge Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) dosage by "how I respond." What does that mean? Whether my nuts shrink or not?
