since Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) becomes inactive in water quickly, I decided to sterilize a vial with a screw top and put the contents (the little pill) in there and break little chunks off from it to use at my discretion. Any problems with this?

Yes, dosage problems.
Hmm this chunk looks like its 2000ius...Hmm this chunk is 1000ius...

And Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is fine when refrigerated for a couple months.

It's good for 60 days in the fridge if reconstituted with bacteriostatic water; no need to mess up the dosing and sterility by breaking off random chunks...

I know I wont be too accurate on the dosages, but I can eyeball between 250iu and 500iu chunks. If I am not misreading these are standard dosages for our purposes? Anyway, I just mixed another unopened vial with water to use for more accurate dosing, thx for the help.
