HCG injected intramuscularly....

Hi all! I just injected 1000ius of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in my thigh. I disolved the 5000 iu powder in 5ml of bact water. The bottle said IM injection only but it seems that everyone uses it subq. Did i just fuck up 1000 ius of hcg? Should it absorb anyway? Should i keep doing other shots subq?

I reckon what will happen is that this will absorb really quickly so should produce a spike? Am i wrong here? Help!

Also; how long before i feel any effects?

IM route of administration has proven to be better in some studies than subq. I always use a slin pin and go subq because it's fast and painless but to each his own. Either way is fine.

I agree, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) can be used subQ or IM. However, some companies advise to double the strength when doing subQ. (putting half the water). I havent seen a huge difference in mixing it regularly ( 1000iu/cc)

I dont think there is a big difference, & either are good.

I have read IM is faster rate of absorbing into system & sub-q slower and gradual ...

I think sub-q is sufficient and easier admin. so i go with that.
