Before everyone bashes me id like to know why hcg cannot be used as a test base? I used my friend as a lab rat on a lgd cycle he felt like death the whole month i started him on hcg twice a week 300iu and he said his energy came back and felt amazing again.

I hate runing test due to the extreme shutdown and horrible acne during pct post test

Because testosterone and HCG aren't the same thing, nor does HCG help you make testosterone when on a cycle.

Yes, it's really that simple.

Can you elaborate on "extreme shutdown". What are the other types of shutdown?

If hcg mimics the signal that LH sends....why wouldn't it tell the testes to product testosterone? The only reason we stop producing test on cycle is because the pituitary gland stops sending out LH....but if it is replaced by hcg....why wouldn't it continue to produce test? My trt blood work comes out (roughly) 300pts higher when I'm running hcg compared to without.

The negative feedback loop isn't fooled by HCG unfortunately. The testes need more than just LH present to produce testosterone; we just tend to keep it pretty simple in most threads. :)

Not a clue why you see a swing of 300 points on HCG. There are quite a few variables at play there.

Your testicles will produce some Test. Just not enough. Looking at your example, one would be hypogonadal if hCG was used instead of Test while running AAS.

My personal experience is different. When running 500iu of hCG twice a week while on TRT, I do not get anywhere near a 300 point boost in my TT levels. I don't even think I get 100 points.

Then why does it keep your balls big on cycle? I'm not trying to argue with you just be informed.

It took me a long tome to come back from a test cycle with proper pct compared to var only 4 weeks if that makes any sense? Or should i say supression and shutdown i guess

Your leydig cells ARE stimulated, and there IS intra-testicular testosterone production - but it doesn't do anything for you as far as replacing your endogenous production at all. In fact, some guys are sensitive to the fact that HCG also stimulates intra-testicular estradiol creation and pregnenolone.

As they're technically working, they don't atrophy. ;)

So, do you have blood work showing this difference in suppression? There's a HUGE difference between feeling like you've recovered, and actually being recovered.

I get a small boost in test levels when I run HCG compared to when I do not - but my natural test is also super low to begin with. For me, it is possibly causing my body to give me all the test it can. Who knows exactly what is broken in my system, TRT fixes it just fine...but the HCG does give me a small boost.

I mainly use it because the wife hates how the boys look without it. That affects my sex life negatively.

Thanks for straightening this out for me guys

I give you credit bro for looking at it at a different angle and the guts to ask bout it. That's how we all learn. Hats off to 3j and Mega for not bashing you and having the knowledge to answer your questions.
