I know a lot of guys are buying sterile vials and extra water but is there an easier method?
I got one Pregnyl 5000 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) Amp along with an amp of water (1ml). If I were to mix the 1ml of water in with the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and store it in pins, would it be possible to measure out 500ui?

Some guys mix it up in the amps and preload a bunch of insulin syringes w/500iu each. Technically, it shouldn't be stored because that water you have lacks BA, but guys do it all the time and I've never heard of a problem with sterility.

Measure it in and insulin pin... go to the 10 mark (that is if it goes from 10 to 100... )that will be 1/10 of a ml.. which will give you 500 IU

What about storing it in an empty bottle of test?

Just preload your slin pins, why would you do anything differently?

Putting it in anything that had oil in it, would be a mistake if you ever hope to draw it up in your slin pin. Unless you are using normal pins and using lots of bacteriostatic water to make it measureable, there is no point to use a vial.

Plus the water will dribble out of a 25g pin very easily anyway. Are you trying to avoid slin pins for some reason?
