Hey Girls!
OK, so I've been lifting seriously for 3+ years at this point.
Diet is pretty much in check, have experimented with things such as carb cycling and such.
Currently I'm 5'4 128 and around 16% bf.
I'd like to run a recomp for the next 6-8 weeks, and well don't have access to "VAR" like all the lucky folks on here.

I've done enough reading and research and see that HDrol/Turinabol LV by Primordial Performance is pretty similar is fashion. Although the 17aa is kind of a BIG difference lol.
I currently am on BC, so not sure how that and progest equates with running a PH like HDrol.
Anyway, does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on running say 10-15 mgs of this compound for 2-3 week stints?
My diet is on target, I'm currently running a 5-day split, and perform some HIIT after lifts; but run and/or stair mill 2x a week for about 45 minutes.
I really only like to lift in the AM as I've got a heavy workload being a woman with a demanding job at a good law firm. I can squeeze in the occassional evening cardio, and for a recomp I know it is important to lift hard and run hard to actually "RECOMP!"
I get up at 550 AM take an AP (anabolic pump) then eat my cup of oats, chug down my whey, water, creatine, alanine shake. I wait about 45-minutes to digest (work during that time) then pop a few USP primes, chug some super pump and I lift.
I'd really be interested in throwing in some of primordial performance's Turinabol LV if any of you think that would be ok.
Please any suggestions, thoughts would be GREAT!
Btw, since ECA is no longer an option what is a good alternative? My bf has some "Liqui Clen" and "Liqui ECA" but I don't mess with his stuff to much.
