Hdrol - Turinabol LV

Hey Girls!

OK, so I've been lifting seriously for 3+ years at this point.

Diet is pretty much in check, have experimented with things such as carb cycling and such.

Currently I'm 5'4 128 and around 16% bf.

I'd like to run a recomp for the next 6-8 weeks, and well don't have access to "VAR" like all the lucky folks on here.

SO

I've done enough reading and research and see that HDrol/Turinabol LV by Primordial Performance is pretty similar is fashion. Although the 17aa is kind of a BIG difference lol.

I currently am on BC, so not sure how that and progest equates with running a PH like HDrol.

Anyway, does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on running say 10-15 mgs of this compound for 2-3 week stints?

My diet is on target, I'm currently running a 5-day split, and perform some HIIT after lifts; but run and/or stair mill 2x a week for about 45 minutes.

I really only like to lift in the AM as I've got a heavy workload being a woman with a demanding job at a good law firm. I can squeeze in the occassional evening cardio, and for a recomp I know it is important to lift hard and run hard to actually "RECOMP!"

I get up at 550 AM take an AP (anabolic pump) then eat my cup of oats, chug down my whey, water, creatine, alanine shake. I wait about 45-minutes to digest (work during that time) then pop a few USP primes, chug some super pump and I lift.

I'd really be interested in throwing in some of primordial performance's Turinabol LV if any of you think that would be ok.

Please any suggestions, thoughts would be GREAT!

Btw, since ECA is no longer an option what is a good alternative? My bf has some "Liqui Clen" and "Liqui ECA" but I don't mess with his stuff to much.

I love Primordial Performance products! If this product says it is safe for women I would trust that and use the dosage they recommend. Or even lower to "test" it out before going full out.

Okay....I just checked out the profile. This is something you would take with caution. Because I trust PP I feel comfortable already. However start low and watch for any unwanted side effects. It seems like it would be mild.

The one thing that made me raise my eyebrow though...

Although caution would still need to be had, the low androgenic value of this compound would also make it one of the more appropriate anabolic steroids for women wishing increase lean mass yet avoid a deeper voice, increased hair growth, acne and clitoral growth. (Oral Turinabol was actually the preferred steroid for Olympic female athletes in East Germany)

The female E German athletes looked like men IMO. So I had a chuckle.

Prohormones can be more potent than some AAS but with this I think you'll be alright.

It's amazing how trusting where it comes from can make a huge difference. If this wasn't a PP product I would be alot more weary. However I would still say go for it.....just start low.

Basically from what I've read most guys ramp up some hefty doses on this stuff and start at 25 mgs.

What I'm thinking being a 5'4 girl heh heh, is 10mgs for week 1, see how I feel, then 15 mgs for week 2, again see how I feel and finish with 3 weeks (if all is well) at 20 mgs.

I'll get some liver protect/detox from NOW along with some Hawthorn for the pulmondary system; might as well throw in some CoQ10 for lipid support.

What sides should I look for concerning my daily BC interaction? I take my BC every night before bed, so I suppose I should dose the TLV in the AM right before I lift? Ew, getting excited for this one!

I have done a lot of research on pro-hormones/designer aas for my wife and this by far the best for women. Sides:Results ratio. It is very similar to OT but probably less androgenic. Before PP liquid version most women had to run it at 25mg ED and would do so for 6 - 8 weeks. Lean, dry gains with very little sides. Maybe some sensitivity and raise in libido. The liquid allows for more flexible dosing witch is great for women.

I think 10mg - 20mg would be ideal depending on the individual. Just like some women run Anavar (var) at 5mg and others go 20mg or more, everyone is different. Starting at 10 for the first week or so would be good. You should split your doses at least 8 hours apart, the half life is 16 hours. Three weeks won't do much as this is usually when the compound start to "kick in".

Most guys might start at 50mg for a week and up it to 75mg which seems to be the sweet spot for most. Some will take it to 100mg but usually they are bigger guys. Guys usually keep it to 6 weeks to keep liver stress to a minimum. This is another benefit to women as they dose much lower causing less stress and allowing for a longer run if desired.

Hmm, so 6-8 weeks huh? I'll have to keep an eye on sides...

I imagine my cortisol levels will bounce back once off, so would a anti-cort like Lean Extreme work for a "PCT" ? Tapper down dosing...

You could add LX in the 2nd or 3rd week as this is when any cort rebound might occur. I would look at getting an all in one post cycle therapy (pct) with some anti-cort in it. Purus Labs Recycle would be my choice.
 
I'm not familiar with Lean Extreme. I like the idea of post cycle therapy (pct) with anti-cortisone in it. But how much do you think your cortisone levels will change?

Retro....do you know how much yours changed approximately?
 
Levels? I'm not sure but it's cortisol we're talking about not cortisone. ;)

Cortisol is a stress hormone that when released makes the body hold onto adipose fat tissue. As the body starts to recover it's testosterone production the release of cortisol goes up. To combat this rise we add in a cortisol blocker.

I think it's more of an issue for guys as our test levels need to come back so much more than females do. It also seems to be individually based, some are effected more than others. I think the OTC post cycle therapy (pct) like Recycle would help prevent any hormonal rebound that might occur and provide a smooth transition.

I meant what amount approx do you think the levels will change. Double...triple?
 
Sorry, I don't know how much. It is highly debated. The argument against it is that your levels would need to stay at a consistently high level for muscle wasting and fat storage to simultaneously occur, like we see in AIDS patients. So I don't think it is something to be too concerned about unless you already have a predisposition to high cort levels.

1g-2g of Vitamin C would take care of it.

Also, clen will take care of it.

I try to take 1g of vitamin c any way but I did this and took clen, starting 3week, in my last PCT and had the best results yet. Maintained muscle mass and last fat. :)
 
Sorry everyone, life got very very busy. I put this off till just a week ago.

OK so I'm on day-10 and all was great up until about 2-days ago when I started getting naseaus...

Stuff I'm running:

1 Recreate in the AM with 5-grams HDrol/TLV (which you want to call it)
2-anavites
2-grams CLA
1-gram Sesamin
1- AP
1-P5P (Vitamin B)
Then I eat my oatmeal and egg whites...etc etc

But as of Tuesday I started getting naseau, and feeling REALLY full after having half of what I normally eat.

I can't imagine this is related to the Hdrol/TLV, maybe the anavite or recreate?

I am on oral birth control, but at 5-mgs of HDrol/TLV I didn't think there would be a real major issue.

Anyone have any thoughts on the naseau, full feeling?

10-days in, really haven't noticed to much, leaning out a little, maybe a bit more definition, weights shot up on the first week, but for some reason this week I couldn't lift the same amount as last.

Ugh, this naseaus feeling is pissing me off...any ideas?
 
I get nauseous from protein powder. I also get very nauseous (sp?) very easily. Any meds and I'm woozy.

OK, so an update on this for anyone interested HELP NEEDED PLEASE:

I decided to run Hdrol or Oral Turinabol LV again this time a little higher in dosage. I ran 25gms for 4-weeks.

Had a GREAT cycle, I my body fat dropped about 1.25% and I gained approximately 13lbs. All lifts were up, no major sides except some REALLY intense orgasms.

THEN about a month after the cycle was over (I finished the cycle in the end of Nov) and up until now my face has NOT STOPPED breaking out. And I'm talking very deep painful acne. I've never experienced this in my life, and am now worried as I don't want any scarring.

Any suggestions? PLEASE I'm not in the mood to hear BS, I need some serious help and input on this one.

My period and cycle are pretty much normal, I'm on the pill and stayed on the pill throughout my Hdrol cycle. I will say my period just showed up out of nowhere about 4-weeks after my Hdrol cycle was done. My pill cycle had at least another week left before I was supposed to have it.

HELP with the acne, It's been 45-days since off of the stuff.

Post cycle I've dropped about 7lbs and am at 130 now. My shoulders and butt look a lot thicker now, so very happy about the results.

Not happy about this acne!

Hey no worries! I'm a Primordial Rep. Just want to let you know that breaking out is normal after a cycle/during post cycle therapy (pct). Did you run any post cycle therapy (pct) products?

You may have had a bit of estrogen rebound, causing the acne. I'd suggest getting bloodwork done, but if that's not an option, you're going to want to pick up something mild to combat it. Sustain Alpha is pretty good for that.

I am off of everything as of right now, except BC.

Just freaked me out how bad this acne was on my face...

Should I buy Proactive? Will that help mitigate any potential scarring (have none as of yet).

Ugh, cycle was awesome, but this sucks.

For acne...vitamin B5 can do wonders. You have to dose it 10 grams a day for the first 2 weeks or so and then you can down to 5 grams daily. The stuff always works like a charm for me. Just some food for thought for ya.
