For acne...vitamin B5 can do wonders. You have to dose it 10 grams a day for the first 2 weeks or so and then you can down to 5 grams daily. The stuff always works like a charm for me. Just some food for thought for ya.
Or you could look into using Flawless Skin Couture: Intensive Dermal Restoration Therapy (originally from RPN, but now from Genomyx) - there is nothing better for getting rid of blemishes, IMO, and it works fast as well!
