I make this, and love it.

1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained, save juice
Juice of one-half lemon (or more to taste)
1 to 3 cloves garlic peeled (use more or less depending on your preference; more garlic gives the dip an extra zing)
2 Tablespoons non-fat yogurt or fat free sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Ground red pepper (cayenne), to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro, minced, for garnish

I like some cumin in mine as well. Ill look up the macros in a bit.

Here is the one I make full of healthy fats:

Chickpeas (best is to get them dry/soak them and cook them). Reserve liquuid for later
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Tahini
Sea Salt
Peppper
Lemon Juice
Roasted garlic cloves

Combine all dry ingredient in food processor. Add tahini and a olive oil (not too much). Start food processor and add the cooking water from the chickpeas to adjust consistency. If you like it spicy add Sambal Olek.
