Hey guys, im on about week 6 of trt and im experiencing heavy bloating on the 3 days following a T shot. Its really uncomfortable. I feel like I need to burp with the force of 1000 angry gods. My pants are even uncomfortably tight. I know elevated e2 levels can cause this but im not really feeling other symptoms of high e2. My REM and morning woods are rediculous, but I habe had slight nipple tenderness.
For the first 5 weeks I was doing 100mg 1x a week and at about week 2 my libido was off the charts but then subsided so I switched to 50mg 2x week. When I was doing 100mg the bloating lasted the same 3 days but then I had the other 4 days of the week with no bloating. But now when im doing 50mg , im bloated for 3 days after EACH shot so im bloated every single day. Again, my libido was off the charts for the first week I switched to that new method but again its subsiding.
Im still awaiting my bloodwork results so ill post them asap. My protocol is 50mg test cyp x2 a week, 100iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ED, no ai.
Im really torn between 100 x1 or 50 x2. I wasnt really having a come-down period on 100 it was just me trying to releive the bloating and minor nipple aches/itchiness. However it seems 50x2 isnt really changing much. Is 100x1 more beneficial for muscle building since the peak test is higher?
