other than keeping your muscles warm, can wearing more than one layer of clothing significantly cause your body to burn more calories than in just a t-shirt? i like to wear a sweater till i break a sweat, but will keeping it on will increase significant fat loss?
also, ive heard stories about wearing garbage bags when doing cardio, to increase core temperature. some people swear that by wearing them, theyve achieved a "ripped" look. does this just deplete water stores? again, increasing body temp does increase fat loss, but with the garbage bags, is it significant? ive also seen some of these metallic bag-type suits for sale at stores. hmm. any input?
(if youre curious, make a hole at the bottom, and two on the sides bottom sides, then throw it over you, with your head out of the middle and arms out the sides. ive been told not to put it on my skin, to wear a shirt underneath, and on top)
