Hello Everyone ,
My name is ANDRY I'm 27 years old, And I weight 170 lbs right now .
I need to start loosing 3 LBS of my stomach fat so fast
so I can Get Six Pack Abs
what do you think about it ?!

Get a good diet... And remember u cannot spot reduce with fat. U have to bring down ur whole body bf%. Meaning u can't do a million crunches to geT rid of the fat just on ur belly
