hey guys doing a stack with enanthate/ deca and thinking of throwing in some sus.
now the question i am wondering is, how many MG of each and on every other day or once every 7 or so on. got a bloke i know he said keep up the enanthate inject ever 4 days? sound right to keep up your levels?

cycle experience 3 rd cycle
training 6 years
weight 176 about
height 6 ft about
good diet
builder by trade so working in hot conditions here is australia,and do exert alot of energy threw out the day.whats the best food to keep up energy levels and to make me grow. make it simple stupid for me and would be greatly appricated. love this motto. Also if there are any ideas on how to not bloat right out, from water retention, with not buying anything illegal, hard enough getting jucie let alone getting stuff to stop u swelling right out. cheers again

You can get all technical and do your shots twice/week but enan has long esters so for me - 1/week is fine. I am on this cycle and do 500 test and 500deca each once/week. Also add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Arimidex 1.25mg twice/week for this cycle and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 250IU twice/week. That is all you need.

As to bloating - you are gonna get it on this cycle. I think the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will assist in this.
 
Oh - one more thing - Deca leads to a build up of Prolactin which causes "deca-dick" so I suggest going to RUI products (see banner at right) and getting their liquid Cabergoline - just do 1cc twice/week and it'll keep your pecker up.
 
this is my 3rd cycle. my diet is fairly good not perfect prob like 90% of people. pending on your job, or if you go to college or something. i am 80kg so what ever it is in pounds no idea. but pretty sure it around that. My life is not all gym gym gym, i am in the process of getting large hopfully, but it is time. my first cycle i got up to 91kg but down back to 80 got no fluid ne more nor watr retention. Could have something to do with the hot climate we have over here and working in it, day in day out does not help. BUt i tell you if i had a desk job pushing pens around all day i would expect to be big no exerting any energy threw out the day.
 
id run it like this:
test ent: 250mg mon 250mg thurs or fri "steady levels = less sides"
deca: 300mg 1x p/w
for bloating agree with flever check out RUI get some adex or *aromasin*..
run the test out a week or two longer than the deca.. maybe 14-12..
and at 6ft 176lb.. if it was me id try to get too atleast 200lb natural @ atleast 10-12% bf before cycling..

but this is all just an opinion from a guy who loves to watch girls fuck pickles..

i have been trying to get to 90kg for a good part of 4 years just get to 81-85kg natural and have a big week of work not being able to eat right and back down to 75-80 my fast metabolism is so quick which is not that i want it to slow down cause i dont wanna be a fatty, but i am not a fella of the really bulky natual size i am just thin and lean. not the best eater to be quite honest not knowing amounts of food to eat etc.
