Help! Alpha t2 with N2slin... Asap

Hi all

Just ordered alpha t2 and N2slin...how should I take these together? Need timings for both.... Help please ) thanks

I like n2slin at 3 caps spread out througout the day. It makes one bottle last a pretty good amount of time, and provides you with steady blood sugar control throughout the entire day. As far as alpha t2, I would start out with just one in the AM, and then increase from there, adding in another in the afternoon. And then if you think you can handle it up it to 2x in the am and one in the afternoon.

Can I take both at same time? Because I train at 6am, I could take the t2 when I wake and then the N2 when I get back 30 mins prior to first meal? Is it ok to take the t2 before training, no racing heart or anything? So are these effective? Looking to cut fat cannot shift on mid section, diet and training is good x

Also the reason I ask this because both contain synedrine... And I don't want to over do it, but I'm sure it will be fine x
