there are sooooooo many creatines please help! gnc , max muscle, cell tech, plasmavol, i dont know which one to buy!

are you looking for a premixed creatine combo..(creatine, dextrose, ala) ? or just looking for pure creatine monohydrate and throwing it in your self made post workout shake?

If I was to purchase a premixed combo.. Id go for the Plasmavol...LUV the stuff!! the ice tea flav has got to be my fav..

If not, I also mix my own post workout shake, whey protein, dextrose powder and pure creatine monohydrate(5g's) along with ALA. you have to purchase everything seperate but in the long run it becomes more cheaper. depends if you want to pay for the convience of the premixed or not.

I believe all creatine is the same, some jus thave added supplements to it. All have their little patented "transport" system to bring it to you cells better. I like EAS brand. 14.95 for 100 servings, does the job. mix with juice not water

A friend of mine, who was a former amateur body builder, said NOT to mix protein and creatine in the same shake, it suppossedly defeats the purpose? I'll ask him why when I go back to my home town, I'm moving to canada to live with Jen, jk. But honest;y, is that true, not to mix the both?

Well if you're going with the Plasmavol then you only have to add water. It already has the dextrose in it. :)

imo I see it best to mix the two. post workout you need the simple sugars to spike insulin to replinsh glycogen stores fast and shuttle nutrients to the muscle tissues... ie the whey protein(amino acids) and creatine.
find out from your friend why he reccomends against this. im interested to know.
coming to live with me? good someone to help pay my bills and clean the toilet! hehe :P
