If I was to purchase a premixed combo.. Id go for the Plasmavol...LUV the stuff!! the ice tea flav has got to be my fav..
If not, I also mix my own post workout shake, whey protein, dextrose powder and pure creatine monohydrate(5g's) along with ALA. you have to purchase everything seperate but in the long run it becomes more cheaper. depends if you want to pay for the convience of the premixed or not.

HardBody said:A friend of mine, who was a former amateur body builder, said NOT to mix protein and creatine in the same shake, it suppossedly defeats the purpose? I'll ask him why when I go back to my home town, I'm moving to canada to live with Jen, jk. But honest;y, is that true, not to mix the both?
