About six months ago I was involved in a serious car accident that shattered my right leg. To keep a long story short I spent about 3 months on crrutches and have some new screws in my leg. Even though I used crutches I still halled my gimpy ass to the gym and worked my upper body. Anyways, my doctor gave me the okay to start working my legs again, But during my off time I couldn't do cardio and I've gained quite a bit of belly fat. I was wondering if you bro's could gimme some ideas on how to get rid of it quick. It's mostly on my stomach. I have tried Dnp before, 2years ago, and tolerate it quite well. any other suggestions.

Just clean up your diet, maybe an eca and some cardio. If you have not been doing any cardio this should take care of it. It doesn't sound like you need dnp, once you start training hard again, it should take care of itself.

problem is I've been eating fairly clean and working the cardio hard. But I still get pain in my leg. So that limits the amount of cardio I can do. I have the drive but right now my body can't keep up.

I am not a dnp advocate, i just don't like the idea of what it is, but to each his own. I would probably use a eca first and see how that works.
