HELP!!!! Got Clen but don'e know what to do

Ok I just got Clen... Someone told me that it was good stuff. I need to know if I should take it or not. Want to trim down a bit. I am a heavy lifter been working out for a year. I am 29, 6'2 210, and 16%bf. I do cardio 4 times a week and lift 5 days a week. Doing a body part a day. I have had trouble loosing some fat around the middle and some other places. I have grown natural alot. I just want something to burn some fat a bit quicker. I have posted here before about what to take, everything has been so expensive. Well clen fell on my lap... How much to take? how much to start? How long do I take it? What kind of cycle do I do? Please help me. I am neverous to put this in my body. What kind of side effects can i expect? If anyone can help I would be greatful. Thanks to everyone that responds.
 
Why would you buy something not knowing what it is and how to use it?

Do a search on clen and I thnk you will be able to find your answers.
 
I didn't purchase it. Someone gave it to me. I did alot of research on other stuff. such as Winstrol (winny), EQ. those were things i was going to take. Just was saving up the cash. but the more I have read about clen the more it seems to do what I am looking to do. I am just looking for some real feed back thats all. No need to get snippy.
 
LOL, I wasn't being snippy Bro. If you do a search on the board for Clen, or Clenbuterol you should be able to find loads of info.
 
I think most guys on here use clen 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. On the off weeks NYC or ECA is used.

yep and start low to see how you handle clen you can always raise your dose but it can be to late to lower it if you dont handle it well
 
Try this bro!
Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100mcg
Day14: 80mcg
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

You select your dose of Clen by your body temp. Once your body temp no longer rises, thats your dose. Take your temp. add 1 tab, wait 20 mins, take your temp. note the changes, repeat until temp no longer rises after adding the next tab. 14 days on 14 days off.
 
cody 1120- the amount of pills do not matter. its the mcg of clen a day.
there are normal strength clen tabs which are 20mcg and double strength which are 40mcg
