Help me break 200lbs!. Critque Cycle please

Little info about me:

24 Years old 6' 197lbs.
Been lifting for 5 years, highest weight i have been is 199... Never broke 200lbs :(

Anyways I want to try to get to 215? 210 atleast. I am eating about 4500-5000 calories a day and am stuck so I have decided to run a cycle finally.

Here is what i am thinking:

Week 1-3 Beastdrol 10/20/20
Week 1-12 or 1-15? Test E
Week 3-14 HCG 500iu e5d
Week 14-18 Clomid 50/50/50/50

I will also have Nolva on hand incase i notice gyno and Inhibit on hand too for post cycle therapy (pct)..

Should i use all nolva and Inhibit for post cycle therapy (pct) aswell? or just Use clomid?

I already have everything on hand. So it is just upto deciding if i want to do Beastdrol or skip it?

Beastdrol is a designer steroid right? I would not do that. How much test E you taking?

Otherwise it looks reasonable just make sue you wait at least 2 weeks after last test E to start clomid. I would do either clomid or nolvadex for pct not both, at least at first.

I would also have some aromasin as well.

So you eat 4500 or 5k cal/day and not gaining weight? U doing alot of cardio or marathon workouts? Manual labor?

Are you sure you have it right? 5000 calories is a lot of food man especially if it is at all healthy/clean. Is that 45-5k every day or one day a week?

I know I am always amazed at the numbers I get when I take the time to measure everything out with cups and teaspoons/table spoons or whatever. Just make sure you have that dialed in.

Post up on here your diet (not a great day but average day) and a picture
 
designer steroid are in imho opinion drugs, that were unsuccesfull (little to no benefits, high toxicity and sides)
They cost more less the same as tested and well knows aas, so I don't see the pint of buying them.
one of my mates has bought superdrol or something like that, and got minor gyno, and nothing else accutally. I would never bother with designer steroids, since they are being banned one after another, only last a short while on the market, then more of them appears, with additional carbon atom, that makes it a different chemical, and still waits to be banned. all in all why buy something that is less potent than aas, with unpredictable sides, no or little study, and the same price?
 
i used mdrol once to back load a sustanon cycle while waiting for post cycle therapy (pct) had it lying around and figured id try it out. I gained some extra weight and strength in that 3wk span. Dont know much about beastdrol tho.

how about man up and eat more. juice is not the answer. for 6 foot you should be 200 easy. try adding more calories, eat more like 7000k/day. eat till you get sick and then eat more.

i have to eat 5000k a day to maintain my 240lbs!

Well i obviously don't have time or patience to be eating 7000cals a day that is why i am turning to steroids.

i agree bro, 7k is just stupid. you do not need that many cals.

but at the same time, are you really getting 4-5kcals? list your diet for us.
 
yeah bro I would lay down several bottles of test that I'd you calc it all up you are not actual getting those kind of calories. and keep in mind, any gains that require steroids to he made, will also require them to be kept. in your case changing your eating and/or training should be able to get you to where you want to get. just a matter of figuring out the right tweaks.
 
Well heres a rough..

I try to keep it the same everyday:

Meal 1:

4 large eggs
2 Wheat toasts
2 Cups Oatmeal in 8oz 2% Milk



Meal 2:(Work - take a 5 minute break)
8oz 2% Milk
1 scoop Vanilla Ice cream
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 scoop ON Whey
1 cup Oats




Meal 3:(Lunch Break)

8oz Chicken Breast
2 Cup white rice
Handful of Broccolis
8oz 2% Milk
handful of almonds..

Meal 4: (Work - 5min break)

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Cup oats
ON WHey 1 scoop
8oz. 2% Milk
1 banana

Meal 5: (Right before shift ends)
3 Servings Cottage Cheese
1 serving of canned pineapple
Peanut Butter n Jelly Sandwich (on the drive home)
Meal 6: (Couple hours later)

1/2lb Ground beef 80/20 or Chicken Breasts
2 Cups white rice or Tortillas (Tacos).
16oz 2% Milk

Meal 7: (Right before bed)

2 Servings of Cottage Cheese
with Banana or Pineapples.


Last time i checked i used myfitnesscalc app on my fone few months ago.

That was about 4.5K i think.

I really dont know what else to add on this or where to add any more meals.

Maybe i could substitute something for more caloric dense food? I dont know but i like this routine.

I might switch out 2% milk with Whole milk.

Oh and if it helps any.. i used to be 6'0 112 pounds 5 years ago. So trust me i know it is all about eating... but i can't increase any more calories with my work situation. I don't have time to get in more whole foods. I get 1 lunch and i take a couple bathroom breaks(to go make my shakes).

Also i work at a Pet Food manufacturing factory so i am constantly lifting 30-50lb bags all 8 hour shift.

well Milk, i would say you're prolly close to 4-5K cals with that. And i also say eating 7K cals is retarded and not needed.

but i will say you have wayyyyy too mnay shakes in there IMO, and that could be the reason. if its your job that dictates this, then you may just have to suck it up and gain slower.

You're still young, but not too young for AAS to me, and you said you've been lifting for 5 years. If you started that fucking skinny, in this case i would say you would be suited to do a test only cycle. Leave those gay ass PHs alone and just stick to test. No need for unwanted sides.

What i will say is you need to start adding some cheat meals like you mentioned (more calorie dense food) if not every day at least every other day. Whatever you like, BK, MCDs, KFC, whatever.

But just remember, if its hard for you to gain weight now, it could be even harded to keep it later. you may not have the patience to eat more food, but as you get bigger you will need more food to grow. Especially until your body acclimates to the new weight.

but don't ever think of AAS as a shortcut, because you will surely fail. i wouldn't normall suggest you starting a cycle at this point, but if your training is on point, and you can add more calorie dense foods, i think you'd be fine.

fast food is great as long as you get enough beef.

also hit a CiCis or Stevie Bs every now and again. Cheap and pizza buffets are like slices of heaven.

I think CiCis is how i gained all my weight in the past lol.

So should i run Test 1-12 or a little longer?

I will be doing 250mg, Monday and 250mg Thursday.
 
12 weeks is fine. anything over that just helps with weight acclimation IMO.

the key is FOOD and TRAINING.
