here are my stats--

69 in. tall
195lbs approx 12% bf
weight trained for 6 years, seriously for last 2

I'll be doing typical army PT pushups situps jumping jacks, run, etc... 5 days a week--

I'm wanting to incorporate weight training back into my routine, but I haven't lifted in 3 months,b/c I've been training for army pt test.

so here is what I need... a 2 to 3 day a week workout program that works upper body only.

any suggestion would be great!! thanks ahead of time for replies.

no matter what anyone posts....... there will be only one correct answer to your question......I will only respond after the master .....blesses us

Seriously brother.......you have alot of posts in.....a short period of time.......I took this all too serious at one point as well....not mocking you ...you obviously know your shit......you are alittle brutal at getting your point across.....you mean well ...though..
Oh yeah....go ahead.....

i mean no harm. i learned the hard way so i am just trying to make it easy for others but perhaps the hard way is the best as we learn by our mistakes.

some of the stuff posted in here is blantant BS. i call it when i see it. i hope to get called on mine as well. BTW i like you sarcasm.

good luck to you and if i have offended you in any way i appologize. it was not done intentionally. I hope everyone can attain their goals and beyond.

now for our original poster. why would you leave legs off. you have some type of disability?

I,ve trained for over 15yrs and alot of what I read is wrong as well ....I try to help where I can but.....when you get ....questioned by a beginner after helping out someone with advice it,s just plain bullshit thats all.....I learned the hard way as well improper form ...improper bench angles ...bad excercises ......a bad rotator injury....etc
Be prepered for conflicts ...I gave up..
Others can learn from our mistakes.....I new everything when I started to......lol

bro what makes you think i am just getting started? i been posting on boards for a couple years before coming here. i stay home and care for my disabled wife so i have a lot of time on my hands to post. my stats and numbers speak for themselves. if you wann bench 500 why would you ask a guy that can only bench 275? you see my point? if i ask for advise from someone that has what i want i dont question it, i just do it. maybe i misunderstood you last statement if so i aint the brightest light in the hall way. if so you way off base. is that you in the atavar?

you are misunderstanding what i said.......I mean no disrespect......just stating ........a fact of what I see on this and another board i frequent.....alot of people are ungrateful.....for good advice
And no thats not me in the avatar ....thats another...self proclaimed ...guru....
Don,t take offense ......
Sorry if my post got you goin that was not the point......sorry to hear about your wife bro...tyake care

i'm leaving legs off b/c i'm satisfied with my legs...if i put any more mass on them I'm f*cked...its hard enough to buy jeans with a 33in waist that my legs will fit in.

has he had some difficulty he overcame or something. whats the scoop 70w? i like a good come back story.

No, people tend to make fun of citruscide because he used to come on pretty strong. He never bothered me though, and lately he's gotten a lot better.

I also don't know why many on these boards tend to make fun of how other people look. Especially when many who are making fun don't look half as good as they claim. I guess it makes them feel better. The way I look at it is this, bodybuilding/weighlifting/powerlifting the way most do it is just for personal reasons, and they should be judged on where they came from and their own genetics, not judged against frank zane or ronnie coleman. Now, if you are a professional bber, then yes. If you are a professional powerlifter, then yes. But if you had a bench of 95lbs and you have increased it to 185lbs, you should be damn proud. Some people will never have 6 pack abs, but that doesn't mean they haven't improved their physique.

But those are my thoughts and I'll never bench 500lbs nor will I ever have the desire to, unless of course a car falls on top of me, lol. I just do this to look good and feel good. The only reason I know half the stuff I do is because I had to, my genetics are the worst for this kind of thing and the only way I ever made progress was doing everything right.
