help me get my lats to STOP growing!

we all have those body parts that grow without effort. for me its chest back and legs. but its my back thats becoming a problem, specifically my lats.

i have broad shoulders, a big ribcage, with low insertion lats so now im starting to look stocky.

should i just start narrow gripping everything and stop doing pullups / lat pulldowns? or just do less movements for lats? or just train back every other week.
 
I don't have an answer for you but I do my back 2 times A week and still a hard time putting on the with. just do less weight on back days. heavy weight and 8 - 12 reps makes the size. I think
 
i would avoid lat pulldowns imo and gear workouts to put less stress in that area and more in others, overtime it shuld help. but building up other areas while cutting down on that area is the way to go. dont just avoid that area, work on other areas to help become more proportionate
