Help me interpret my private labs results

Been on 200 test cypionate 2x per mo. for about 6 months.

Been a bitch to lose fat, so I decided to have my bloodwork done. As I suspected, high estrogen. Anything else I should be aware of?

Yes your Estradiol is a little high but not high enough that it should be concerning, personally I have found that I feel best when mine is around 50. Your hematocrit is high, you need to go to the blood bank and donate blood as soon as you can, you do not want your hematocrit to get any higher. Your glucose is a little elevated so you might want to look into that but nothing really alarming in your blood work.

Best of Luck!

I compete, so I know my body, and I track everything that I take in. And this content prep I haven't been able to lose anything at all for 8 weeks, which is what prompted this blood test. Could it be that my estradoil level is too high for me?

The not being able to lose fat is driving me crazy, no matter how compliant I am in every aspect of my program, I can't drop weight/inches.

Looking at a test from 2.5 years ago when I was prepping for a contest (and progressing as normal), some of my numbers were quite different:

BUN/Creatinine Ratio
Then 28
Now 14

LH
Then-7.7
Now-.1

FSH
Then 7.2
Now .2

Estradoil
Then 17.4
Now 49.3

Test
Then 517
Now 962

Any other thoughts?

Are you injecting every 14 days? That is a long time between injections, most of us inject every 3.5 days to maintain steady levels. When you had the blood test taken 2.5 years ago were you on TRT?

My nurse pract. said every two weeks is good to take, don't think 3.5 days is needed is it? Not with the half life of test.

No, I wasn't on trt before, only been on it 6 months or so.

Not diabetic, only other thing I take is 20mg adderall 2x day.

m e t a b o l i c

yea i dont know why it was censored..

are you sure you fasted a full 12 hours before this test?

Hello. I've been on TRT for 10 years & if you are seeing a NP she is unfortunately wrong! An injection every 14 days is not nearly enough, once per week or as another member mentioned 2 times weekly. In addition if your Lh & FSH are low as it appears then that shows something is wrong with your protocol. Add in HCG at 500units 2 x weekly & you should see improvement

Your diet needs to be in order... I've had clients drop over 20 points off their fasting glucose on one of diets..
It could be that it's completely genetic.. Does it run in your family?

My diet is no different than previous contest preps. Normal bodybuilder diet. On any given day my macros my be similar to this:

200 pro
160 carb
55 fat
typically between 1820-2000 calories

balanced diet with some fruits, some vegetables, usually whole wheat bread for grains, but often other stuff like rice, potatos, etc.

every 3.5 days on TRT? But that wouldn't make my glucose, estroidal levels outa wack would it?

I hate to contradict you since you have long experience, but low LH and FSH are to be expected and HCG will not change those values...

do you mind sending me a pic of yourself?? you dont have to include your face.. you can do so privately at 3jdiet@gmail.com

you would be injecting 50mg twice a week to make 200mg total in two weeks.. so no it wouln't.. with the way you have it now the first 7 days after inject your levels run too high
