Help me interpret my private labs results

and there have been studies to show that trt lowers fasting glucose levels.. which makes me even more concerned

To answer your question from earlier, yes your E2 might be too high for you, if you were to split your injections up into 50mg injections every 3.5 days you would probable see that number come down. If not then add a AI to your protocol.

Yeah, but 101 is really borderline... pre-diabetic goes to 125. I've had a 103 and the next three tests were all within range. I wouldn't be too concerned.

What's the preferred AI?

Would that be all too add?

arimidex is what my doc prescribed me, I take .5mg the day of injection, remember I inject every 3.5 days. I am a big man (fat) which means I convert more testosterone to estrogen than someone a lot leaner and I also am on 200mg's of test a week. It is not for me to tell you how much to take but I would guess .5mg at the time of injection would do you fine. If you are self injection you should really consider splitting up your injections to every 3.5 days instead of once every 14 days. You may not even need a AI if you do that plus you will have steady levels instead of a high peak and then crash after 6-7 days.

I appreciate everyones help. I'll go to more frequent injections.

A healthy fasting glucose is in the 80s... Its not like he is an old man... He needs to keep an eye on that
