Help me lose bf

Ok so it is summer time and I want my abs so I am cutting up. I started dieting down in march and got to about 11% when I got hurt. Severe pec tear put me out of the gym completely which led to a lot of beer and pizza (big mistake) I started lightly back in the gym at about 15% which is the highest I've ever been.

I got back in the gym as much as I could and have been dieting hard for about 3 weeks which has got me a back to the 11% mark which seems to be where I keep getting stuck which is why I came here for help. I guess my stats would help 6ft 205 at about 11%. Currently on test E 250/wk and tbol 60mg/day. The tbol runs out in about 10 days so I'll prolly switch to tren which always helps me drop bf.

I tried running clen and came off after day 5 because I wasn't handling it very well. I'm down to try anything else so bring on some suggestions (ECA, albut, over the counter supps, maybe IGF?) Also started running CLA for a couple of days ago, heard the shit is great over time, Opinions?

Also want some diet suggestions Inter Fasting? Carb cycling? Currently running low carbs and a calorie deficit.

One last thing is I haven't been doing cardio and I'm gonna add that in this week. Thinking 2-3 times a week high intensity. I am determined to get into the single digits 6-8% HELP
 
Try doing IF and do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. If the sides from clen were bad I would try some albuterol then. It's slightly less effective but the sides are no where near as bad as clen.
 
I can't do cardio in the AM because I have a babygirl that I'm alone with in the mornings. I have heard that is the best tho! I have a buddy that runs albuterol and says he gets better results with some of the over the counter shit. I've always been interested in eca but the batch of it that I got (gwp) was completely fake.
 
I love the eca stack whenever I do a cut I run it. You shouldn't get it from any website. You can go to walmart and get an eca stack. Get bronkaid which is the E and you can buy any sort of caffeine pills for the obvious C and some baby aspirin for the A. Bronkaid is really cheap and it comes in boxes of 24 at 25 mg. Its cheaper to go to walmart and buy it than to get it from any supplement place.
 
I've read that bronkaid isn't near as effective as pure ephedrine hcl? Does it really speed up the cutting process for you??
 
Honestly yes, it def helps suppress my appetiate so I'm not constantly craving food. I was literally craving a candy bar so bad at like 1 I took my ec and drank some water and I was good. Not too mention I get up at 4 am and go to the gym so the caffeine def helps me get up and go. If you do decide to do it make sure you cycle it. You can do a lot longer than 2 weeks but your body will eventually get used to it. And you're right about the bronkaid not being as strong but it does the ttrick for me. I take it 3 times a day and I'm fine. I don't want you to think that I starve myself though lol. I do eat sometimes I have to force myself but i get all my macros in.
