dear all i am going to go on my second cycle. my last one was a disaster because like an ass i believed my friend who said that he "knew what he was talking about". my first cycle was a t-bol only cycle at 50mg a day with no pct after.... yes retarded well everything it back to normal like t levels and what not. before you say hows my diet its on point and i have been training for 3 years. so please help me out and give me suggestions on what my cycle should be/how to cycle it....and I'm 5 foot 8 189 lbs and 16% body fat
