I recommend you do a. m aerobics..on an empty stomach..as often and as long you can..weight train 4 times a week until you get a handle on getting the fat under say..14-15 percent..most say 12 percent....I m a realist.
Transforming your body means changing your lifestyle..steroids are to be added when this , muscular- fitness, becomes your lifestyle. roids build muscle, strength = muscle and all that..
Give some details, some real facts, goals and reasonable expectations and you ll get more than ...what youve got..;)

my advise is solid bro. i dont bs around here. people know who i am bro. i talk but i back it up. i post pics for proof also. take a look at my avatar. i fucking get horny just lookin at my bi's. the girls can't stop grabbing my arms and everyone always asks me to flex. i went from 9" arms to 9.5" in 8 months!!! if u want training advise hit me up in pm. i eat cerial 2x/day and 7 peanuts, not all at once, i spread them out throughout the day.

Has anyone done Clen on a test only cycle? Or would it be preferrable to start it afterward to keep gains etc?

What about during PCT? or after that?

wk 3-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu e5d

PCT
wk 15-19 Nolva 40/40/20/20

So just wondering when i could add the clen in?

I've heard different things so any ideas from anyone who has done it before?
 
I'm w/ everyone else. Get your diet in order. Lift heavy. Run fast. Do this CONSISTENTLY for a while and I guarantee you'll see results. The juice should not even be a consideration of yours.
