hello Im 25 years old 6 ft 157 lbs
i ask a lot of people from my local gym about what to take for my first serious cycle ... I had to much different answer !!!! My goal is to take at least 15 lbs and keep as much as possible !!!! can you help me ???
 
Test-E or Test-C 500mgs/week for 12 weeks. Split-shot ur injections to 2xs a week. Start post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after last injection. Splitting ur injections to twice a week will help keep ur blood levels stable..
 
Biggin gave you a good cycle. But @ your height and weight Id recommend a high calorie diet. You really dont need any gear to gain twice that much.
 
Start out 250mgs wk test E or test cyp for 10 wks with 20mgs nolva ed or at least have nolva on hand. Then post cycle therapy (pct) ( plenty of posts on proper post cycle therapy (pct)) 2 weeks after last inject. Eat a clean diet and up your calorie intake.

300g of protein a day
300g of carbs
some good fats
and train your ass of.

At your height, you should hit 200lbs naturally without any problems. You have to ask yourself seriously about how your training and eating. Without that in place, you can take all the steroids you want and will get nowhere.

all jokes aside, that there ^ is what you should be doing.

people wake up one morning and decide they wants to be bodybuilders overnight with the magical steroid formulas.
that hokus pokus sh!t don't work like that. I bet $$$ you just started working out too and feel left out when you look around and see the big guys and can't accept the fact that it will take time.

didnt you listen to what these guys said! just start training and eating like they said and you will gain plenty of weight without gear! but if your not going to listen to them, then if i were you i would do what biggin recomended!
