Help My Lean Legs

I GOT A CASE OF LEAN(BUT STRONG LEGS)


right now i am doing

3x5 squat
3x8 sliff leg deadlifts
3x8 leg press
3x15 seated calf raises
3x12 standing calve raiseis







help my legs grow!!!!!!!!!!!!especially my calves!!!!!!!
 
How long have you been seriously working your legs?

What are your stats?

I think you might be doing too much calf work in one day.
 
for me, that is too much leg work in one day... IMO for my leg days, i do 3x5 of squat, and 2x10 of leg press.. thats it. occasionally i will throw a set or 2 of calf work in there, and ive got big strong legs, and calves :)

I know some people won't agree with this, but i do much higher reps for my legs, and my legs have gotten pretty big from the high reps, IMO.
 
Lower the reps.
Squats 3-4sets 4-6reps (u should be able to do 4 but not more then 6, when you reach 6 reps put on more weight). And do ass to the grass and nothing else.
Then take some of youre own favourites.
For the calves, 6sets will do, but ad more weight and lower the reps abit there also.
 
I actually dont think the workout is all that bad. I especially dont see a prblem with the calve workout . For the rest i would do squats, leg ext, and probably stiff legged deads.
